味噌燉煮豬肉&蒟蒻/豚とこんにゃくの味噌煮込み

清酒 Sake—1大匙
牛蒡 Burdock root—120g
蒟蒻 Konjak—250g
白蘿蔔 Daikon—400g
蔥 Green onion—少許
薑 Ginger—20g
蒜頭 Garlic—2~3粒
水 Water-500~600cc
清酒 Sake—100cc
味淋 Mirin—2大匙
黑糖 Brown Sugar—2大匙
醬油 Soy sauce—2~3大匙
八丁味噌 Hacho miso-1大匙
白味噌 Shiro miso-2大匙
*味噌比例可以自己調整喔!
七味粉 Nanami powder--適量
